The Adroit Handicap Toilet Emergency Alarm Kit (HTEM) is designed to meet the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA’s) emergency call bell system requirements.

HTEM consists of an over-door large LED signal light call indicator with built-in sounder which is available as push button and or pull cord call station with built-in reset button. Both versions are also water-resistant. The HTEM kit can be purchased directly from our company and can be easily installed by the contractor.

All devices are British Standard (BS) one gang faceplate and can be installed with a standard back box. The system requires UTP Cat5e cable or better which can be separately purchased from our company.

The emergency alarm can be remotely routed to the Fault Report Centre (FRC) by installing an optional 6-channel call indicator with sounder. The 230v 50/60HZ step-down voltage converter ensures that the system operates safely in a damp/wet environment. A UPS battery back-up can be added for uninterrupted power supply. Contact us.
